Rental Policies
What’s Included
When you rent from us, you're getting the full fiesta treatment! Every margarita machine rental includes one free mix of your choice (we know you’ve got flavor in mind), margarita salt, 50 cups, straws, the machine cart, skirting, and, of course, the setup. Oh, and we’ve got you covered with a heavy-duty extension cord to keep everything running smooth.
Delivery
We’ll handle the setup for you! Just give us a heads-up if there are any tricky steps or stairs we might encounter on delivery day (don’t worry, we can handle it). There may be an extra delivery charge for challenging deliveries, but hey, we’re all about making things work so the fun never stops!
Extra Mix
Want to kick it up a notch with more mix? No worries—we’ve got your back! You can grab extra mixes for a small fee, and don’t stress, we’ll refund the cost for any unopened mixes. We’re not here to waste good margarita mix, after all!
Same Day Pick-Up
If you need your rental picked up on the same day as delivery, we’ll be happy to make that happen! However, please note, there’s a small fee for same-day pick-up. But hey, we’ll make it quick and easy!
Cancellations
Life happens, and we get it. If you need to cancel, just make sure you give us at least 72 hours’ notice. If you’re within that window, there’s a small cancellation fee per machine, but we can always help you reschedule and get your margarita machine ready for another day!
The Fine Print
We love margaritas as much as you do, but please don’t use GFI outlets for our machines. Trust us, it’ll make your margarita experience even better! We also provide heavy-duty extension cords (typically 25ft, up to 50ft total length), so please stick with those—no random cords, please. Unauthorized transportation of our machines will result in a fine, so let’s leave the heavy lifting to us!
